Additives for Oil lubricants

Global – T 2030 A is an ash-free premium additive package containing antioxidants, corrosion inhibitors and metal deactivators (without demulsifier, without defoamer).

It is a good for the preparation of turbine oils with a long service life and circulating oils for high-temperature and high-load applications:

• Provides excellent oxidative stability
• Prevents sludge and controls deposits
• Outstanding RPVOT parameters
• Provides high temperature stability
• Good corrosion protection of non-ferrous metals.

Global H 3010 A is a blend of ash-free anti-wear additives for hydraulic and compressor oils. It contains a demulsifier and anti-foam additives.

Lubricants based on Global N 3010 A have good compatibility with water, which ensures increased performance and service life of the lubricant.

Lubricants based on Global H 3010 A effectively protect equipment (pumps, gears, metal surfaces) –FZG [can be further improved by adding Global 353 (300 ppm)] – good corrosion protection.

Global 5010 A is a mixture of anti-wear additives for hydraulic oils, with anti-wear properties, with a very low percentage of involvement. It contains a demulsifier.

It is a good product for the preparation of high-performance ash-free anti-wear hydraulic fluids for industrial and mobile applications in high-temperature and high-load conditions.

Global F10A is a multifunctional additive that provides excellent thermal and oxidative stability of engine oils at high temperatures, with good anti-wear and lubricating properties, reduces the occurrence of piston rings and improves fuel efficiency.

Global 349 is a mixture of aminophosphates. It is an ash-free multifunctional additive with extreme pressure/anti-wear and anti-corrosion activity.

Provides multifunctional characteristics as an EP/AW additive and corrosion inhibitor.

It improves technical characteristics of lubricants (FZG).

Global – 353, is a derivative of dialkyldithiophosphate, an ash-free extreme pressure/ anti-wear additive.

Lubricants containing Global 353:

• excellent gearbox protection (evaluated using the FZG abrasion test)
• good compatibility with: water, Ca detergents, ZnDTPs and currently used lubricants
• no antagonism to protection against iron and non-ferrous metals

Global 30 is a triazole derivative and oil-soluble metal deactivator.

• Protects non-ferrous metals from corrosion
• Provides high activity of the substance at low dosages
• High efficiency in base oils
• It provides excellent oxidative stability because of synergy with antioxidants of the L series
• It does not contain solvents

Global 39 is a tolyltriazole derivative and oil-soluble metal deactivator.

• It is easily dosed
• It provides high activity of the substance at low dosages, which approved for use in the food processing
• It does not contain solvents
